About Convergence

We make things that don’t exist yet.

Convergence Media Lab is a real, local team in Salt Lake City that specializes in unusual, custom projects. We help people make things they can’t simply buy off a shelf. Between us, we have over 50 years of design and manufacturing experience.

Bring us a ready-to-print file, a rough sketch, or just an idea. We can talk through the project, help with the design, and work out how to get it made. If you’re nearby, we can arrange to meet in person. Prefer a phone call? We can do that too.

Large-format 3D printing

Printers with a build volume up to approximately 1 × 1 × 1 meter for props, prototypes, custom parts, and big ideas.

Design & prototyping

We can turn a sketch or an idea into a 3D model, make test pieces, and adjust the design until it works.

Foam cutting & molds

Computer-controlled foam cutting for precise shapes, plus custom molds for casting and production.

Wood & metal fabrication

We have a full woodworking shop and trusted metalworking contacts to help take a project from concept through completion.
